I am an experienced Executive and Leadership coach with more than 20 years experience in leading teams across different sectors, functions and cultures.
I was born and grew up in South Africa as a real farm girl before I embarked on a life of living and working in different cities and countries. Majority of my early career is in Banking but I have been very lucky to have a very diverse career within it and become a true generalist. Since my first role I was given leadership responsibilities and this quickly became the thread in my career. Without any formal training or support it was often quite challenging. At some point I was lucky to get a coach and was given the opportunity to learn and apply coaching as a leadership skill, which was pivotal for me.
I worked and lived in 7 different countries and during the Covid pandemic I found myself stuck in the Netherlands without a house, visa and eventually a job. I decided to stay in Europe and the first borders that opened was Croatia, so I moved to a small island in the Adriatic Sea and fell in love with the lifestyle and sunshine and then took the opportunity to pursue my coaching career full time. I believe that coaching leaders creates ripples that result in waves that impacts many people’s lives.
